GENERAL INFORMATION

Materials: White, Gold (mirror) Polyester, Silver (mirror) polyester, and Brushed Chrome

Embossing: Embossing available on request, call for quote

Color Match: Pantone color match, $60 per color. Swatch or sample match, $60 per color. Perfect color match is not guaranteed and choice of stock will affect color.

Art Preparation: No art charges for most designs. If extensive designing or alterations to prepare for production are necessary, you will be quoted an art charge before work begins.

Application: DomeCals must be applied to a clean wax-free surface, preferably at temperatures above 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Firm, even pressure provides for best application results. Application instructions will be included in each order to assist the first time user.

Life Expectancy: Our clear polyurethane can withstand 7 years of direct sunlight, thus ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Adhesive: DomeCals are produced with pre-applied permanent acrylic adhesive that is one of the strongest available.

Shapes and Sizes: Magic Carpet Ride offers eleven standard shapes and sizes but custom sizes are also available. Just call, write or fax for custom quotes. There is no die-charge for custom sizes. Magic Carpet Ride maintains the right to make any final determination on any custom shape as to its production feasibility.

Packaging: All DomeCals will be shipped in sheet form, several DomeCals per sheet.

Production Time: New orders approximately 18 working days. Exact Reorders approximately 10 working days.

Over/Under Run: Orders Subject to within 5% over or under run and will be billed accordingly.
