Size Requirements: All letters must be at least 3/8" high. All lines of copy or graphics must be at least 1/16" thick. All centers of letters must have at least 1/16" opening for production purposes.

How To Measure: Square inches are determined by multiplying the tallest dimension by the widest dimension of artwork.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Screen Printed Ink Colors: Standard Screen Print Colors. NO SET-UP CHARGE.

Picks: Vinyl Pieces must be picked out manually from enclosed areas of decals. The "picks" are included in the base price.

Color Match: Pantone color match $30 per color. Swatch or sample match $40 per color match is not guaranteed and choice of stock will affect color.

Art Preparation: No art Charges for must designs. If extensive designing or alterations for production are necessary you will be quoted an art charge before work begins.

Color Changes: No charge for vinyl color change. Changes must be in multiples of 125 decals.

Printing Color Change: $30 for each printed color change. Minimum of 250 decals per ink color. Combining printing color and stock changes on the same order is not allowed.

Copy Changes: Not available.

Die Charge: None.

Production Time: New Orders approx. 10 working days / Exact Re-Orders: approx. 7 working days.

Over/Under Run: Orders Subject to within 5% over or under run and will be billed accordingly.

Acceptable Artwork: Existing Decal, Camera Ready Artwork, PDF, Illustrator - PC or Mac, Freehand - Mac Only, Vector Art - PC or Mac. With Adobe Illustrator or Freehand please create all fonts to outline. When sending a PDF file make sure all fonts are embedded and PDF is created to "Print" Quality.

Artwork may be emailed faxed or mailed using CDs or Zip Drive. Request for artwork must have a purchase order attached. The art department strives to duplicate the colors requested, but for exact PMS color match, the fee is $60 per color.
